We offer a 12-month warranty for hardware issues.

Because the computer is very heavy, only in-person repairs are possible, so a visiting fee (£50~£200) may be charged depending on distance. 

Software trouble or self-hardware upgrade is not supported.

Any issues by overheating with higher room temperature or bad ventilation, repair cost will be applied.

Liquid colour or transparency level will be slowly changed depending your use, which is not covered by warranty.

As this is a custom-made product, returns due to change of mind are not acceptable.

If there is a serious problem with the hardware within 30 days of delivery, only the parts affected will be replaced to new parts.

Visiting fee will be exempted, if there is hardware issue with in 30 days after delivery.

VIXIA provides stress-free custom watercooled gaming PCs so there is no specific maintenance but only general PC maintenance such as regular dust removing, keeping room temperature under 20 degrees, and good ventilation.

* All VIXIA’s PCs will come with 12 months warranty only for hardware issues (software issues require Windows reinstallation by users.
* If a problem occurs within 30 days after delivery, repairs will be made free of charge. After 30 days, a visit fee will be applied, depending on distance (£50 - £200).
* Once assembly is started, hardware and design changes are not possible, and returns due to change of mind are not permitted.
* Design may vary slightly depending on the model of parts ordered.
* As this is a custom-made product, returns due to change of mind are not acceptable.
* If there is a serious problem with the hardware within 30 days of delivery, only the parts affected will be replaced to new parts.
* If there is a hardware issue after 30 days, repairs will be made by the manufacturer of each part, and it may take between 2 – 4 weeks.
* If the warranty is not covered by the parts manufacturer, paid repairs will be provided (disassembly, damage, modification by users, etc.).
* If the repair takes a long time, we will provide you a replacement computer so that you can use it temporally until your PC is returned (hardware may be lower specs than your PC).
* Warranty service can be invalidated for issues in the user’s environment (too much dust, open kitchen, pets, high room temperature or lack of ventilation)
